Joe is the founder and writer of the Bell Curve Trading financial newsletter. Joe has developed his unique Bell Curve analytical system for over 20 years, and he has provided a daily letter for over 15 years to global Commercial and Investment Banks, Hedge Funds, Commodity Trading Advisers, and Corporations.

Joe spent the majority of his career at Tullett & Tokyo, a firm specializing in institutional financial futures, where he was head of the New York Futures Desk. Joe established his reputation in the New York, London and Tokyo fixed income markets through both the distribution of his daily letters, and his always popular 3-day seminars, which he presented annually to Tullett’s clients. Joe’s day-to day responsibilities at Tullett involved the management of the New York brokers including sales, marketing and personnel evaluation. Additionally he was responsible for productivity, compliance oversight and floor operations.

Prior to Tullett & Tokyo, Joe developed and utilized his Bell Curve Trading techniques as both an analyst and trader as a Vice President at Barclays Plc., where he traded fixed income futures and cash products, along with running Barclay’s Repo book. Prior to this, he built Prebon's Repo desk into a viable, profitable business. Since Tullett & Tokyo, Joe has continued to distribute his newsletter to a global institutional client base, who value the Bell Curve Trading analysis as an asset to their trading activities.

Bill is a globally recognized market strategist and trader with more than 15 years of experience across all major asset classes. He finished in the top 10% (6% on a risk-adjusted basis) in CTA Star Search, a global trading competition for professional investors. He was 1 of 6 contestants offered a money management contract. He was the top proprietary trader in the New York branch of one of the world’s largest multinational banks. He has worked for Salomon Bros., JP Morgan, PaineWebber, The Long-Term Credit Bank of Japan, and State Street Corp.

Bill has been interviewed numerous times by the AP, Bloomberg Television, CNBC, Reuters, and The Wall Street Journal. 

Bill holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from Brown University and a MBA from Harvard Business School. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a Chartered Market Technician (CMT). 

Tim has over 30 years of trading, positioning, and risk management experience in capital markets, having traded/positioned several markets over the years including Euro and Yankee CD’s, Japanese and Domestic BA’s, US Government Securities (bills and coupons), Equities, and the derivative markets.

He began his career on the US Government Securities trading desks at DLJ and then Bankers Trust, participating in Treasury debt auctions and making markets both for institutional clients and in the secondary market before moving over to the buyside as a top producing proprietary trader at Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi (now MUFG), applying directional and arbitrage trading strategies across the Treasury yield curve. In 2002 he worked on the NYSE Floor and upstairs bringing institutional equity order flow to NYSE Member Firm KCCI, before joining the Bell Curve team in 2009. 

George has been involved in Exchange Traded products for over 20 years. The majority of his career was spent with Tullett & Tokyo Futures, a firm specializing in institutional financial futures, where he was the Global Managing Director. With 130 employees in New York, Chicago, London and Singapore, George’s responsibilities included oversight of trading, clearing, and floor operations on the principal global financial futures exchanges as well as management and oversight of sales, marketing, credit evaluation and control, financial, and regulatory functions.

Prior to Tullett & Tokyo George served as Executive Vice President of Rouse Woodstock, Inc., where he established and managed institutional broking and trading operations in financial, precious metals and energy futures, and as President of Lewis & Peat Futures, Inc., where he created and oversaw an institutional broking and trading operation in soft commodities, non-precious metals, financial futures, and currencies. 

George has been a member of the New York Mercantile Exchange, and the New York Board of Trade. He is a former Board member of the Institute for Financial Markets and has led and participated in many Futures Industry panels throughout his career.
